2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Damages, Defective Items, and Order Discrepancies

5. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the conditions outlined above, customers purchasing items shipped to the European Union have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. The item must still comply with our eligibility criteria (unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase).
6. Exchanges
The most efficient way to process an exchange is to return the original item following the steps above. Once your return is accepted, you may place a separate, new order for the desired item.
7. Processing & Timeline for Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approval: If approved, your refund will be automatically issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
